"I have worked with other agents before and had to wait for things to be done, but with City View, I went to their office and they took care of everything for me. I am garaunteed to get rent paid to me every month and I don't even have to worry about any bills. I have already recommended City view to many of my friends as I have had excellent service from them. It's the easiest thing to do!!"

"I was new to London so didn't know the area very well. I needed somewhere with lots of space, but I wanted to be in a fun area as I work long hours and didn't want to have to travel to socialise. I contacted City View Properties and they suggested 3 properties. I went to see 2 of them and fell in love with a lovely flat in East London which suited me perfectly. It was really easy- all I had to do was make a call and turn up to see the property! I signed the papers and it was all sorted straight away! I'm a very happy tenant and City View are always happy to help me with anything in the house if I need it. I would recommend using them to anybody who is looking for a house!"

"I had to move out suddenly from my previous house and was worried I wouldn't be able to find anywhere. A friend suggested city view to me so I gave them a call and went to view a room the same day. It was right near canary wharf and i took it! I moved in the next day and have never had any problems. I'm in a flatshare and city view did a good job matching us as we're now the best of friends already!"

I work from home sometimes so I told them it was important for me to have a desk and they brought one the very next day. I can call them any time for help with something in the house and they always fix it right away. Next time I move, I'll be asking for their help again."

"I  "I lived in a house in Westferry and was very happy there. The agency got me a desk when I needed one and all the other house mates were the same age as me and interested in the same things so we were all very good friends. If I had a problem I could call at any time in the day or evening and they would come to help as soon as possible. I had to move out because I was leaving the country but I would highly recommend the agency to anybody looking to rent a room!"
